Aldo Caronia, the founder, is specialized in startup of foreign companies in the North American market.

Fluent in three languages, English, French and Italian, he grew up in Paris and lived in Italy and UK. He is now living in the US.

He was “born and raised” in the travel industry: his mother was a teacher in a well-established travel school in Venice, Italy; he graduated with a university degree in Economics & Management of Tourism; and he always have worked in the field, including running his own tour operator business for a number of years.

He has an extensive knowledge of the travel industry, particularly as a business development and marketing manager. He has a strong background in hotel relations as a contract manager in the USA and Europe.

He implemented SEO and SEM strategies and successful B2B and B2C sales programs. Additionally,  he worked as a cross-cultural instructor in the training industry and as an executive director of a not-for-profit international business association.

He maintains a deep network of contacts, including key decision-makers at tour operators, travel agencies, trade associations, educational institutions, civic groups, and the international business and foreign diplomatic community. he is currently involved in major travel associations like USTOA, NTA and ASTA.

His extensive experience has been proved in different sectors of the travel industry, from the convention bureaus (Bresciatourism) to major European incoming tour operators (Boscolo Tours, Romantica Tours, Italiatours, Gartour, Michelangelo International Travel)
